Join us at Comunidad Inspira for a special journey through sound as we migrate away from the year of the snake – shedding old energies which no longer serve us, and into the Fire Horse. This is a rare and powerful year that comes every 60 years – inviting us, with our lightened loads; creating momentum that pushes toward action, visibility, and change. This is energy that challenges tradition and rewards courage. In numerology, we also find ourselves at the beginning of a 9 year cycle. Where 2025 was the year of 9 – the end of one cycle, 2026 is the year of 1 – indicating new and powerful beginnings. 

So come and get nestled into the warm and cosy energy of the Finca at Comunidad Inspira. Hear Together Now will curate a warm womb of a space for you to come and sooth and relax your nervous system. Starting with a 10 minute guided group meditation incorporating live elements, the session then settles into an hour long listening session of deep mind music – giving space to allow the frequencies to wash over you and take you on your own personal journey; allowing you to be present, drop into the body and to reconnect. At the end, a grounding track incorporates live elements to bring you back into the space and some time to discuss our experiences.
