Starting with a 10 minute guided group meditation incorporating live elements, the session then settles into an hour long listening session of deep mind music – giving space to allow the frequencies to wash over you and take you on your own personal journey; allowing you to be present, drop into the body and to reconnect. At the end, a grounding track incorporates live elements to bring you back into the space and some time to discuss our experiences.
